You're not the young buck anymore. That doesn't mean you stop training like one.
At SGPT, we know this because we live it. Getting under a 350-pound barbell for front squats is possible — but it's not always the smartest move. Even with perfect form, heavy loading can aggravate knees, backs, and joints that have already taken years of punishment.
Let's be real: we've beaten the hell out of ourselves enough. Now it's time to train smarter.
Introducing SGPT Silver — Built for the Veteran Athlete
SGPT Silver is a 90-day fitness program built with Navy SEAL mindset and breathing drills, specifically designed for athletes over 40 — or anyone looking to get back in the fight after time away from training.
"Finally! Ex spec ops soldiers that get it. We can't all start out as SAS or SEALs. Great program!"
— Anthony M.
