You will need a full CrossFit gym to complete these workouts or you will need to modify.
We have teamed up with two top coaches from Southern California and North East. They have created a 99 Day complete CrossFit Training Plan.
Each workout is carefully crafted with: Strength, Stamina and Conditioning!
We have gone to the HOPPER and devised this unique training system. Inspired by SGPT's hard hitting functional training model. SGPT's 99 Days of CrossFit will push you to the limits!
Each workout is easily completed in a CrossFit setting. We give you daily programming broken down into 3 easy to follow segments.
You will hit each domain of FITNESS!
