An eight week workout plan to help prepare you for the rigors of Ranger School
Ranger school is a physically demanding school. But, we both knew that already. Here's the down and dirty truth about physically preparing for Ranger school:
During your stay at Ranger school your body is going to break down. There's just no way around this. So, a Ranger School physical preparation plan should really focus on two main areas:
1. Helping you pass all the graded events during RAP week
2. Helping you build durability, so you can reduce the risk of injury, and help you build a bigger baseline of fitness, so you can delay the inevitable breakdown of your body
And that's really about it.
