Pull Ups, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Squats, Monkey Squats and MORE! Straight from BUD/s to your training PT Area.
Each workout can be completed in 30 Minutes or LESS! You can sub in a Sandbag or Dumbbells for added weight on some movements.

Warm Up: 10 Minute Cardio Your Choice (Run, Bike, Row, Swim, Elliptical) 10 Push Ups, 10 Sit Ups, 10 4 Count Jumping Jacks, Complete Stretch top to Bottom with Range of Motion or Dynamic Warm Up.
4 Rounds (2 Rounds Scaled)
10 Pull Ups
20 Sit Ups
30 Push Ups
10 Knees to Elbow from Pull Up Bar
20 V Ups
30 Air Squats
